The role
I started at Impact Zone as a Sales Rep Manager, moved into personal training, and took over as General Manager in December 2021. I owned membership sales, day-to-day operations, and the staff team until September 2026.
Membership grew to a record high under that leadership. That growth came from a repeatable sales process, a floor team that knew how to have a real conversation with a walk-in, and retention work that started the day someone signed up.
What I led
I built and trained the sales team, led a major facility renovation, and signed corporate memberships and partnerships.
Everything I learned about consultative selling came from that floor — the same process I now bring to laundromat owners: understand the business and the numbers first, show exactly how the investment pays back, and ask for the business directly.
